Return Request

  • Request a return by clicking here .
  • You will need to enter the email address used when placing your order to receive a verification code which will be sent to that email.
  • Select the items you wish to return.
  • Follow the prompts to request a return label.

Return and Exchange Policy

We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

A USPS facility must scan returns within 7 calendar days from when the order is marked by USPS as delivered or ready for pickup from our store.

  • For a credit card refund, the return package must be scanned by a USPS facility within 3 days of the item's delivery.
  • For online store credit, the return package must be scanned by a USPS facility 4-7 days after delivery.

Returned items must be unused and undamaged with their tags attached.

Returns must include the receipt in the package.

There is a 6% restocking fee for each item returned.

If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($75), we will charge the original shipping fee of $7.99.

No more than 6 items can be returned per order.

Any items sent back that are ineligible for return and are not paid to be shipped back or picked up from our store within 7 days, will no longer be available.

Order Cancellation Policy

A 6% restocking fee will be deducted for canceled orders.

If the in store pickup option was selected at checkout, orders must be picked up within 7 business days from when the order was ready. If it was not picked up by then, the order will not be refunded and the merchandise will be subject to our restocking fee. 

Sale and Yom Tov Policy

All sale items and sale promotions including buy x get x free are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges. 

We do not accept any returns on items bought 7 days before Sukkos and Pesach.

 

We are not responsible for pilling or shrinking of garments.Â
